Adaptable and resistant, the Santoku knife is usually used to chop and to slice.
It is perfect to prepare fishes and shellfishes.

From the makers of the classic French folding knife comes a collection of kitchen knives that are already making waves—they’ve been selected by the Alain Ducasse cooking school in Paris for use in their workshops.

With a thickness of 3mm, the full-tang blade extends throughout the entire length of the handle. The knife is robust and well balanced. After cutting, the wide blade can sweep the prepared food off the board. The blade is crafted from the finest quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and features moulded handle made from fibreglass polyoxymethylene  which ensures excellent resistance to wear and water and outstanding impact strength. Combine good looks with sheer quality and you’ve got Opinel.
